We were so blown away by this coffee we did everything we could to secure this micro lot in its entirety. We have found that our Vienna roast treatment of the Reserve 2007 further softens this coffees already delicate acidity and makes it a perfect candidate for espresso extraction. This micro-lot is guaranteed to shine through your espresso machine. Once prepared and dried, this coffee has been hermetically sealed at the farm through the proprietary Daterra Farms Penta System.
This seal protects the delicate nature of the coffee during its transport and storage. We break this seal only when an order arrives for the coffee to be roasted. You may also wish to visit the farm on line and learn a bit more about the exceptional coffee grown at the Daterra farms.
