Our French Roast Costa Rica San Marcos typifies a rich, chocolaty Parisian roast style. Our French Roast Mexican Chiapas has a softer dark chocolate profile. And our Italian Roast is a proprietary blend we have offered since we began our company in 1993. The Italian Roast is our darkest offering and it embodies the bitter-sweet character of Southern Italian style. In order for us to use the natural resources required for coffee roasting more efficiently, we now roast on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Any order received before 9 am Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will be shipped that day.
