This coffee has chocolate and ripe red berry fruit tones with a velvety smooth finish. The Vienna name implies that the coffee emulates a particular roasting style that has historically been the norm in Vienna, Austria. The coffee is shade grown by the Casa Ruiz family in the Boquete region in Northern Panama, right along the border with Costa Rica. It is the lightest coffee in our dark roast line. By carefully roasting this coffee on the lighter side of the dark spectrum, we are able to preserve the wonderful fruit tones that add to this coffees complexity.
